Guest tickets for for the opening reception “A Taste of West Virginia” can be purchased onsite at the Volunteer Station for $30. Please pay with a cash or a check (payable to WVMGA).

What is the registration fee?
Early bird registration is $250 which included the opening reception, the banquet, two lunches and three breakfasts. All keynote and featured speakers, as well as breakout sessions are included in the registration fee. Day tours and pre- and post-tours require an addition to the registration and vary in price.
The early bird registration expires on June 9. After that deadline the price increases by $50. Tours also increase in price. Information on tours can be found online at: http://imgc.ext.wvu.edu/tours
What hotel is attached to the Civic Center?
None of the hotels are connected directly to the Civic Center but are within walking distance. Lodging information is listed on the website at: http://imgc.ext.wvu.edu/lodging.
Are there any camping facilities in the area?
Kanawha State Forest, located less than 10 miles from the Civic Center, has camping sites. More information can be found online at: http://imgc.ext.wvu.edu/lodging.
Is parking available at hotels and Civic Center?
Yes, all hotels have parking. The Fairfield Inn, Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express provide free parking for guests. Parking at the Marriott is $9.00 per day.

Am I permitted to bring a guest who is not a Master Gardener?
Each registered Master Gardener is entitled to bring a guest to the conference. This guest can participate in conference activities at several different levels. The first level would be full conference registration at $250 which would include the reception, banquet, three breakfasts and two lunches, keynote and featured speakers and break-out sessions. At full conference registration level day tours would be in addition to the registration fee.
If your guest does not wish to register for the full event, other options would be to register for “additional day tour” or for an “additional banquet ticket.” If the options for additional items are chosen meals, keynote and featured speakers and break-out sessions are not included.

How do I travel from the airport to my hotel?
