Cancellation Policy

We hope it will not be necessary for any of our guests to cancel their trip to Wild and Wonderful West Virginia. If it is necessary our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations before March 1, 2011—80% of total registration will be refunded
• Cancellations between March 2 and May 1—70% of total registration will be refunded
• Cancellations between May 2 and July 1—60% of total registration will be refunded
• Cancellations between July 2 and September 1—50% of total registration will be refunded
• Cancellations after September 2—no refund

Refunds will be issued four to six weeks after the conference.
